Images, thread colors and typefaces can vary slightly based on the items that are being embroidered. Photos of all items are provided by manufacturers or distributors and should closely represent the actual items. If you have any doubts or would like to see the item more closely you can order a sample. Samples will be priced at the appropriate quantity pricing. You may return the sample and have it embroidered with your order at no additional charge.

  • At this time, Team Illinois Merchandise ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. StitchMine, LLC will replace any items that have are damaged, sent incorrectly or we if have misspelled or incorrectly embroidered the items. We follow your instructions in the original order. Any claims will be compared to the original order so please type your text carefully and review the order. Criteria for accepting returns: ?
